30-Day Easy Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no restocking fees.
Return conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging & tags still attached
- All accessories, manuals, and certificates included
Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to start a return
Step 1 – Contact us first
Email our support team at: [email protected]
Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, defective)
- (Optional) Photos – especially if the item is defective or damaged
Step 2 – Get return approval
We’ll reply within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) with:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number
- Where to send the item
- Any special shipping instructions
Do not send items back without an RA number – they may not be processed.
Step 3 – Ship it back
- Customers pay return shipping (unless we sent a wrong or defective item)
- We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method – we are not responsible for lost returns.
Step 4 – Refund or exchange
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection takes 2–3 business days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take 5–10 business days to appear
Exchanges are shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return (no extra shipping fee for exchanges).
Damaged / wrong item received?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label
- Send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping
